A four-part interview series by Europe Direct Blanchardstown examined whether digital disinformation poses a threat to EU democracy. Eileen Culloty from DCU was one of the four people interviewed for the series along with Ricardo da Silva (DCU), Aoife Gallagher (Institute for Strategic Dialogue), and Maria Walsh (MEP). Each interview examined how misinformation threatens EU democracy and the EU strategy to combat it; how to recognise disinformation, and the role of social media platforms.
